Shipping Policy

- Lip Gloss, Body Scrubs, Lip Scrubs: Orders usually ship out the next business day but will ship within 2-5 business days at the latest.

- Press on Nails: Orders will ship withing 3-7 business days at the latest

 

Refund Policy

- Due to the very sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for refund. If you have an item that arrived damaged, please email ladylushury@gmail.com.

 

Disclaimers

- The color of products such as lip gloss, press on nails, etc. were photographed under very specific lighting. Due to this occurrence, the color of your item may not look the same shade as what is pictured. Often times, lighting can make the item appear lighter or darker than the actual item.

- Please be sure of the design and color you want of each item before purchasing as exchanges and returns will not be accepted.
